Introducing Way Preparatory Academy: A New Private School Leading the Way for Neurodivergent Learners
Pompano Beach , Florida — 09/01/25– Way Preparatory Academy, also known as Way Prep, proudly announces its official launch as a private educational institution dedicated to serving neurodivergent students and learners with a range of disabilities. Rooted in the belief that every child deserves a pathway to success tailored to their unique strengths and needs, Way Prep is committed to “Leading the Way” in inclusive, compassionate, and specialized education.
Way Prep’s mission is to create a nurturing and adaptive environment where students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other cognitive, sensory, and physical differences can thrive. With individualized support plans, small class sizes, and a research-based curriculum, Way Prep empowers each student to reach their full academic and personal potential.
“We founded Way Prep to be more than just a school—it’s a movement,” said Ingrid Way, Founder of Way Preparatory Academy. “Our goal is to lead the way in educational innovation by fostering a culture of understanding, acceptance, and high expectations for every learner.”
As part of this exciting launch, Way Prep is also unveiling its new logo (pictured below), which symbolizes the heart-centered commitment of the school and the strong foundation it provides. The logo reflects the school’s values of care, structure, and progress—with the letter “W” proudly placed in a heart at the center of a welcoming campus icon.
